The breast ducts then increase, creating fat tissue that can enhance the breast size.

Genetics may also play a role in the size and shape of one’s chest, changing fat tissue or dimensions.

Other factors can alter breast size as well, such as your environment, health, fitness, and source of nutrition.

Hormonal changes like pregnancy and hormonal disorders can further contribute to breast size.

But, the presence of breast fat is not only limited to individuals with high amounts of estrogen.
